Related Grey is a boutique of design and visual communication specialists in Southern California that works with clients around the world.
We're artists. We have a collective focus on creating beautiful work directed at impacting the consumer, defining the brand, connecting and sustaining relationships.
We specialize in using leading visual technology to deliver design based cg animation, compositing, broadcast post-production, motion design, campaign development and interactive design. Our work is used in print, television, and on the web and is often scalable between those media. Our heart is in the fine arts, our commitment is to deliver advertising and marketing communications, regardless of media involved to create or deliver that content, that work.
isaiah takahashi - the brains
As not only the CG Director at rG, but also one of the founding members, Isaiah is responsible for much of the 3D motion design and compositing that comes out of the rG lab.
His career started in 2002 when he joined Wunderman as a motion graphic designer where he worked on the Sony, Lincoln/Mercury, El Pollo Loco and Taco Bell accounts. It was here that he began training in 3D motion design.
In 2003 he joined Y&R where he put his 3D motion and compositing skills to work for Jaguar, Land Rover, Mattel and Callaway Golf. He left Y&R in 2005 to join Labyrinth Worldwide where he worked on the Mitsubishi brand.
He has also worked on projects directing, producing campaigns and creating conceptual ideas for Intel, MasterCard, Mobil, Verizon, Smith/Barney, US Amry & Kohls.
In his free time Isaiah likes to travel and snowboard.
